Cheltenham Town host Tottenham Hotspur's under-21 side in the EFL Trophy on Tuesday night. The Group South - 1 fixture at Whaddon Road kicks off at 7pm with the Robins looking to build on their two-point haul in the competition.
Cheltenham sit second in the group, while their visitors from north London are bottom with no points. The sides played out a 2-2 draw when they met in this competition last October.
The match offers a chance to respond after back-to-back league defeats. Cheltenham lost 2-0 at home to Salford City last time out and are currently eighth in League Two with 15 points from 10 games. Their recent form shows one win, two draws and two losses from the last five outings.
Tottenham's youngsters arrive with strong form in their own league, having recently beaten Manchester City's under-21s 4-2. Their last EFL Trophy outing, however, was a 2-0 loss to Exeter City. The manager has the full squad list available on our squad page to select from.
The game is a key opportunity to secure progression in the trophy before the domestic campaign resumes. Cheltenham travel to face 21st-placed Oldham in League Two on Saturday.
